Ground Rules for Treasure Hunters

(a.k.a. How to Stay Safe, Sane, and Slightly Legendary)

1. Don’t do anything that could get you hurt.
Seriously. Don’t go dangling off cliffs, spelunking into bear caves, or tiptoeing on rooftops. The treasures and coins are not hidden in places that require daredevil stunts. And definitely don’t gamble your money or your reputation chasing silver. It’s just a game. A brilliant, shiny game, but still, just a game.

2. Don’t damage anything (or anyone!) in your quest.
You don’t need to smash city benches or dig up national parks. If it feels like vandalism, you’re definitely in the wrong spot.

3. Treasures might be underground, on the ground, or somewhere up high.
Keep your eyes open in all directions, just not dangerously open. Refer back to Rule #1.

4. Found a treasure? Awesome!
Every treasure has a control element. For coins: The front is public knowledge. The back? Only I know what it looks like. Send me a photo of both sides via email. That’s how I verify your glorious find. No proof = no glory.
For other Ambrix Treasure Hunts, please follow the instructions on the website!

5. Glory will be yours.
If you find a treasure, I’ll shout your name from the virtual rooftops (or just post it on the website, same difference). Don’t want your real name there? Pick a treasure-hunter alias. No judgment.

6. The Treasure is yours to keep!
But to keep the game alive, I’d love it if you left something new at the spot you found it. Pay it forward, let the magic continue for the next adventurer.

7. All official hints are posted on this website, and only here.
I won’t be dropping sneaky DMs or secret email clues.
I also won’t confirm if you’re “getting warmer.”
You’re on your own, detective. The chase is for everyone the same!

8. Sharing is caring.
You’re welcome to team up, trade hints, or start a treasure-hunting Discord.
Whether you can trust each other… that’s a game within the game.

9. The Silver coins are not hidden within 150 kilometers of each other.
So spread your wings—and your maps.

10. Most importantly: have fun.
It’s a game. I take no responsibility for what you do in search of silver.
But I do wish you the best of luck. Happy hunting!
